Our mission at Liquid Sunshine Window Cleaning is simple: To provide the best service at a great price. Many companies charge extra for "add-ons". Screens are always done with the exterior, tracks and sills are always included in the price for the interior for each job. Our state-of-the-art truck mounted system is unlike any in the area. We get exceptional results without using harsh chemicals\odors that could be harmful to children or pets. We will always make sure every customer is 110% satisfied before we leave each job!

Do you clean window screens?
We clean all screens that are installed. The only exception is Screen Porches. If you would like your screen porch cleaned please specify that and we will include that in our quote.
Are you insured?
We are insured and proof of insurance is available on request.
What if it rains on my scheduled window cleaning day?
On days when the weather is in question, the customer may contact us. We closely monitor the current weather conditions. Even if it rains after our visit, your windows will still be clean after they dry. Water and rain don't make windows streak and spot, dirt and grime cause the problems.
What happens if it’s raining?
Your satisfaction is what we are most concerned with. If it is simply sprinkling we will proceed as planned knowing that rain is such a pure form of water as long as the debris is removed from your windows they will remain sparkling clean even after the sprinkles .
How long will my window cleaning last?
With our state-of-the-art truck mounted deionized system we are able to clean your windows so they have no residue, therefore your windows stay cleaner longer. With the screens clean there is no dirt and debris to get on the windows during wind, storms, etc.
Do I need to be home when you are cleaning my windows?
That is completely up to you. Either way works for us.
How much does it cost?
Every home and business is different. That is why we provide free estimates so that there are no surprises. Most people are surprised at how affordable it is to have your windows cleaned. We provide you with the best service for the best value. Screens and tracks are always included in the estimate. No hidden fees.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
For residential, we will bring an invoice with us. You may leave a check or cash on the counter for us to pick up upon completion.
For Commercial, we will give you an invoice upon completion of the job which you can pay at the time of service or mail a check.
How long does it usually take?
It typically takes the two of us about 1-3 hours depending on the size and amount of windows, screens, etc. The job is never rushed. We want you to be 100% satisfied when we leave.
Are there additional fees?
All bids include windows, screens, tracks. No surprises.
How do we handle the bid process?
We can either set up an appointment to meet face to face or you don’t even need to be home when we bid your property. We’ll walk around your property and count the windows, screens, skylights and any other thing you would like cleaned. For our safety please let us know of any dogs will be in your yard and if they are friendly. (Names help!)
